Returns We offer a no-questions-asked 30 day exchange policy for any item that are either defective or damaged. You may return most new, unopened items sold and shipped by us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Some opened items may be returned within 30 days after delivery and may qualify to receive either a full or a partial refund as long as all items are undamaged and original packing is included. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery may qualify to receive a partial refund. Some slight variations in finish might be apparent between different screw sizes and through the various ranges; this variation is due to differing manufacturing processes and is not deemed defective. This is the same disclaimer that our suppliers pass to us, although we endeavour to maintain a uniform finish throughout our whole range and guarantee you will not be disappointed.
